A: I have several role models in my life. My father has been very supportive and encouraging throughout my career, which helped me realize that I can achieve anything if I set my mind to it! He has always been there when I needed him no matter what time of day or night it was.
I also admire Oprah Winfrey because she works so hard at everything she does and never gives up no matter how many times people tell her “no”. She’s also very inspirational because she grew up with nothing but ended up being one of the richest women in America today!

This question is designed to probe your motivation and commitment to the job. You should be able to discuss why you want to work at this hotel and how it fits into your career goals. The interviewer will also want to know if there are any aspects of working here that would make it difficult for you, like long hours or a demanding schedule.
