The interview is the first thing you do when applying for a job, so it’s important to be prepared. That means knowing what questions are coming up and having answers ready. Luckily, there are lots of sample answers available online. Use these as templates for your own responses to help craft something that will knock their socks off!
Tell me about yourself.
This is a common question, and it’s important to be prepared for it. You’ll want to make sure that you’re clear on who you are and what it is that makes you unique as an employee. The interviewer wants to know what will make them want to hire this person–so they can match up their needs with your strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. So think carefully about how best to convey these things in the limited time available during an interview (5 minutes).

What is the most challenging project that you have faced?
The most challenging project that I have faced was when my company wanted to expand their business into the UK market. When we started the project, our team did not have much experience with developing websites for European customers, so it took longer than expected for us to complete this project.
However, we overcame this challenge by communicating with our client regularly and keeping them updated on our progress. As a result of this thorough communication, they were able to understand the progress of their website and make changes accordingly if necessary.

This is a great question to ask during the interview process because it allows you to learn more about the employer, as well as show your interest in their company. You’ll also get a chance to explain why you feel like this role would be a good fit for you, which can help convince them that hiring you would be beneficial for everyone involved.

Motivation is the inner drive that compels us to action. It’s what keeps us going, and it can be intrinsic or extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is a state of mind in which the person is internally driven to achieve a goal because they want to (e.g., playing soccer because you enjoy running around with your friends). Extrinsic motivation comes from outside sources, such as money or rewards (e.g., getting paid for doing something).
Knowing your motivations will help you figure out what type of job would be best suited for you–and whether or not the company offers what it takes for them!

I would start by researching the topic. Then I would make a plan of action and break down the project into manageable steps. Next, I would make sure I had all the information needed to complete each step before moving on to the next one. Finally, if there was any way possible that I could meet your deadline with my current workload, then I’d do so; otherwise, we’d have to negotiate an extension (or perhaps another person could help).
